Richard provides an brilliant service. Great communication, turns up when he says he will, and provides first class equipment at a competitive price. We had a Canadian spa, gazebo fitted with disco lights and a blue tooth speaker for ten days. All chemicals provided etc with clear instructions re use. From a 3 to an 81 year old we all had a fab time. Recommend Richard highly.

We hired the disco package from hottub4hire for my daughters 11th birthday party. What can I say apart from AMAZING. The day before the hire began Richard came to set everything up. The amount of effort he put in to make sure everything was perfect was outstanding. He even put little rubber ducks and boats in for the children! After everything was set up he showed me how to work everything and what to do if the error code shows etc. He spoke to me about temperatures and the correct temperature for different ages and pregnant women and how long they could stay in for safety purposes. He really did explain all health and safety procedures and his service was second to none. The day before my hire was due to end Richard messaged to see if I wanted to extend my hire as we had spoken about that on the day of set up. I went on to hire for a further 3 days and that was no problem with him at all. As for Richard as a person, he is just lovely. He is so friendly and ALWAYS smiling. He was lovely with my children and my dog who also thought he was great. He is punctual and nothing is too much for Richard. One thing I will say though is he doesn’t like tea or coffee! Excuse me? haha! Absolutely thrilled with our hire and service. HIGHLY RECOMMEND. Thank you for everything Richard. We will definitely use you again xx

I cannot recommend hottub4hire and Richard highly enough. Communication was excellent from start to finish. Richard was extremely helpful, ensuring we were hiring the equipment that was right for us and explained how to care for the kit and for ourselves when using the tub! The hot tub was this year's model and and it was lovely to have the remote control, speaker, lights and glitter ball. All this made for a great experience - we used it once and sometimes twice on all 5 days of the hire. Great fun and very, very relaxing.We would not hesitate in hiring from Richard again!

Booked a hot tub from Richard for 5 days. Communication and booking process was simple and fast. Almost an instant reaction to my enquiry. Arrived on install day and very quickly had the tot tub and gazebo in place, with all the lights and speakers to make it a party tub. Explained the procedures clearly so I was in no doubt how to operate. As things sometimes go wrong, the next evening the pump had an issue, so a quick text to Richard and he was there within 1/2 hour to replace the unit. Once replaced the tub performed perfectly, even with the heavy rain. Would definitely hire a tub rather than buy one, as it’s hassle-free and quite inexpensive. The service was totally flawless. Can’t thank Richard enough for his professionalism and expertise.

From start to finish, Richard was amazing! When booking the hot tub, the documents were excellent and explained the requirements clearly. Richard text 15 mins before arrival, Upon arrival Richard set it up perfectly and made sure it was all set up before he left. When using the hot tub it was fantastic, when it was up to heat the next day it had fantastic bubbles. The jets lasted about 30minutes each time you put them on. Richard had sent out documents to fix any errors whilst using the hot tub, we had 2 errors which we easily and quickly solved by following the error guide. When Richard collected it, he texted about 15mins before to confirm he was on his way. He was fantastic again, he packed it away perfectly. Service and fitting was excellent - Richard completely understood the circumstances with a difficult access lane and negotiated it brilliantly. Instructions for running and cleaning the hot tub were easy to follow and there were no difficulties using the hot tub over the weekend. Collection was quick and Richard communicated drop-off and collection times in advance which was great when working around working from home. Fantastic few days enjoying the hot tub. We didn’t have great weather but because of the set up it was great. Richard came and set up the gazebo which is weighted so it didn’t blow away in the wind. The gazebo also warms up so it could be like a sauna inside or you could open the doors and be in the hot pools in Iceland! The lights were great in the evening. It was good having the speaker to play music as well. It was easy to use and Richard was fantastic with the set up and pack away. Highly recommend hottub4hire!

We hired hottubs4hire a week ago today at short notice and were lucky to get a slot. We hired it for 4 days so it came monday and he collected on Saturday, Customer service was fantastic from booking and setting up, nothing was too much trouble. Richard texted as he was leaving to let us know he was on his way to set up and collect, he remained socially distanced throughout and wore protective gloves, the tub was also thoroughly sanitised before arriving and again at pick up. The hot tub was brilliant and went as hot as 42 degrees, our kids had a wonderful week splashing around, Richard even left rubber ducks for them to play with. He was also on call by phone or text if anything should go wrong which was really reassuring. Can't wait to book again for the summer.

Richard is extremely professional and friendly, nothing is too much trouble and the whole thing was set up completely contactless with every attention to meeting hygiene standards and covid-19 contactless standards. In my opinion these Canadian hot tubs are better than the inflatable lazy spas too, warmer and more comfortable. Everything was explained in great depth, mats provided to protect the grass and steps to get in. This was hired for me as a birthday present but I know it was very last minute and his prices are very competitive. Wouldn't hesitate to use HOT TUB 4 HIRE again, as soon as lockdown is over and my friends can come and join me! Many many thanks for a real treat!

I was somewhat wary about hiring a hot tub as there seemed to be a lot 'pop-up' businesses trying to cash in on lock down and staycations, but it was clear from the start that Hot Tub 4 Hire are a professional and experienced family-run business. All of the communication in the lead up to the hire was prompt and polite, including a telephone call where Richard explained clearly how the hire would work and then patiently answered all of the questions I had. Richard and his daughter arrived on time on the day of the hire, making sure to keep themselves and us safe the whole time. The hot tub was assembled quickly and carefully, though Richard went to impressive lengths to ensure that the installation was safe, as well as neat and tidy. Clear instructions were given on how to operate and maintain the tub during the week, and we were further assured by Richard's offer of availability by phone if we needed a hand. The kids (including grown up ones) were super excited to get in on the first day and, apart from breaks for meal times and to sleep, spent most of the week playing, relaxing and just having fun. It was even more fun in the evenings when the lights went on! The excellent service continued when it was time to say goodbye to our hot tub, as Richard and his daughter carefully dismantled everything and took care of sorting things which would absolutely be our responsibility. Thank you Richard and Holly for a super week - we've already recommended you to friends and look forward to our next hire :-)
